Hawthorne House luxury accommodation rates are room rates, inclusive of GST.
Your stay includes:
- Home-made afternoon tea upon arrival
- Sundowner and canapes served every evening of your stay either on the decks overlooking the gardens or in front of a roaring fire in the chillier months
- Free wi-fi
- A full breakfast with eggs from our own chickens, homemade breads and local or home-grown preserves
Standard Accommodation Rates
1st September 2011 to 31st May 2012 - $250-$300 per night
1st June 2012 to 31st August 2012 - $225-$275 per night

Accommodation Booking / Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Room rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of government Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%.
Rates are per room and include afternoon tea on arrival, evening canapés and a glass of wine, full country breakfast and use of all facilities with a maximum occupancy of two people per room. Due to the size and nature of Hawthorne House we regret that we are unable to accept bookings for guests under the age of 13.
To secure a booking we require valid credit card details. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, though an additional 5% charge will be incurred for payments made by American Express.
Cancellation: Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. A 25% charge of the booking value will be made for any reservation cancelled within 30 days of the expected arrival date. A 75% charge of the booking value will be made for bookings cancelled within 10 days of expected arrival and a 100% charge of the total booking value will be made for cancellations made within 1 day of expected arrival or for no-shows. The penalties will not be applied if we are able to replace your booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
